Biomet Microfixation offers a complete range of systems for plating in the midface region, including 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm titanium. Each system includes a variety of procedure-specific--as well as generic--plates and meshes. Also available in the midface line are Orbital Floor Plates specifically designed for orbital blow-outs and fractures of the orbital walls. As with all Biomet Microfixation systems, the titanium plating systems for the midface are modular in construction and can be combined with other systems to meet each surgeon's specific needs. Also, all plating systems are color-coded to facilitate easy identification of implants and instruments.
